The work involved identifying the required Moodle data, defining the report fields, reviewing completion logic and presenting the information in a practical administrative format.

The implementation used Moodle reporting concepts, SQL-backed data retrieval, filters, status indicators and export-ready presentation where required.

Validation included comparing report values with learner activity, checking access by role and reviewing edge cases around incomplete, completed and missing records.

The delivered report gave administrators a more direct way to understand learner status and identify records requiring attention.
