The solution used Moodle web services or API endpoints, external-service authentication, structured data exchange and scheduled execution where real-time processing was not appropriate.
Testing and validation
Data, failure and permission validation
Testing covered successful exchange, invalid data, authentication issues, permissions, repeated execution and the visibility of failures for administrators.

A reliable connection between systems
The delivered integration reduced manual handling and created a more consistent operational link between Moodle and the external service.
